Can you work without shutting down my business?

Usually, yes. Phased work, night and weekend scheduling, and staging that keeps your entrances and loading areas clear. We plan it with you before we start rather than working it out on the day.

Should I replace or restore?

It depends on the condition of the deck and insulation underneath, not just the membrane. If the substrate is sound, a coating or restoration can add years for considerably less than a tear-off. If there is trapped moisture in the insulation, restoration just buries the problem. We will tell you which one you have.

How do I know if my flat roof is failing?

Interior stains are the obvious sign, but by then it has been going a while. Earlier signs: open or lifting seams, cracking or blistering membrane, standing water more than 48 hours after rain, pulled or damaged flashing at parapets and curbs, and rising cooling costs. Worth an assessment if you have not had one in a few years.

Do you handle the permit?

Yes — we file it, schedule the inspections and carry the job through final sign-off. Commercial permitting has more moving parts than residential, and it should not be your problem.
