Chuck Patten
General Manager
With over a decade in the roofing and construction industries, Chuck brings deep experience in managing and operating a business. He started out as a Florida licensed home inspector and still holds an active license.
He moved from construction into roofing after a poor roofing experience following a major hurricane — his take was simple: if he was running the job, it would go a lot smoother. Since then he has held upper-level management positions at some of the largest roofing companies in the United States.
He found a home as General Manager of Titanium because the missions line up. His is simple: the needs of the business never outweigh the needs of the customer.
Outside work you'll find him coaching youth wrestling, at the motocross track, or with his wife and three young children.
John Schwartz
Director of Sales
With over 20 years in the trades, John has spent most of his life in construction and roofing. That experience eventually led to owning his own roofing company, before selling it and moving to Florida.
What he enjoys most is working with homeowners and business owners to find the right solution for their property, so every customer gets real value for the investment — not just a roof, but a complete solution that protects the building for decades to come.
Outside of roofing, John enjoys the outdoors and competitive sports.
Jacob Clancy
Sales Representative
Jacob has been in the roofing industry about three years, but he comes from three generations of roofers — so you could say it's in his blood.
What motivates him is seeing how relieved a homeowner is once we've found a solution to one of the biggest stressors in their life.
Jacob's two biggest hobbies are basketball and running, along with enjoying the company of close friends.
Jason Baker
Office Administrator
Jason serves as Office Administrator with three years of experience in the roofing industry. Originally from Pennsylvania, he relocated to Florida about ten years ago and has embraced the Florida lifestyle ever since.
Outside the office, Jason enjoys watching sports, staying active at the gym, and spending time at the beach.
